Dress / Attire: Loose fitting cotton clothing and comfortable walking shoes, sneakers or sandals are best during the day. In the evening, for dinner, women may want to wear a dress and men will be fine in dress slacks with a collared shirt. No shorts in the evening. Sweaters are recommended for cool evenings or air conditioned dining rooms. Clothes should be comfortable, breezy and lightweight. You will want to pack comfortable sports wear for daytime activities, while evening functions call for somewhat dressier attire. Casual, loose fitting clothes that do not wrinkle work best for both during the flight and while picking up luggage or walking to departure gates. Dressing in layers allows you to adjust to climate changes between your home and Cancun. Daytime highs are in the low 80’s, evening lows are middle to high 60’s and, don’t forget your beach clothes, swimsuit, comfortable footwear and sun tan lotion! And whatever else we have forgotten to mention.
